1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Manifest Vibe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Manifest Vibe is an AI-powered visualization tool that transforms user-uploaded photos into aspirational images based on text prompts. Output quality is not guaranteed and varies based on input quality and prompts.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload and the manifestation images we generate for you. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You must own the rights to any photos you upload, or have permission from the person depicted. Do not upload photos of minors or other people without consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, depicts real individuals without consent, infringes intellectual property, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refunds policy for refund terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Manifest Vibe and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Generated images are AI-produced visualizations and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. They are intended for personal inspiration only and should not be presented as factual or used to mislead others.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifest Vibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the account page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
